"Simplex" is offering API approved Sucker Rod Pumping units since 1988. Initially SPP was manufactured under technical collaboration with Pentag Manufacturing Co., U. K. Subsequently Simplex developed its own design under API standard IIE license. The Sucker Rod pumping units are meant for sucking oil from on-shore petroleum bore wells from depth ranging 500 m. to 4000 m. and above. In the oil field where availability of oil is assured, these are generally continuous day & night year long & unattended. The crude oil so brought on the surface is collected through pipelines at the central collecting station. This calls for guaranteed reliability of the equipment requiring proven design & sound manufacturing. These units generally employ an electric motor or a diesel engine as a prime mover with associated V-Belt drive & Gear / Chain type reducer. We can design & manufacture any size of SRP units as per customer's requirement & in accordance with API standard IIE. We have already supplied approx. 300 Nos. of SRP units of various sizes to different Oil & Natural Gas Commission Zones. We can produce 40 - 50 Nos. SRP units per month. We also offer efficient after sales service by competent trained personnel.
