"Simplex", a five decade old company is also known today for execution of Turnkey Projects and Equipment
manufacturing on turnkey basis. We turn dreams into reality for our customers. We have a well dedicated
project team who carry out feasibility studies, technology sourcing and undertake projects from
concept to commissioning.
 DESIGN FACILITY
"Simplex" is equipped with state of art hardware, software and peripherals to carry out designing
by a group of technocrats, capable of carrying out detail engineering, manufacturing drawing
on the basis of basic engineering drawings. The engineering design is done with Auto-CAD software
and structural designing is done using 'STAD' software.
EQUIPMENTS MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
We have all the necessary infrastructures like Plants, Machinery and testing facilities to manufacture
and supply industrial equipments required for various sectors. We have technical collaboration
with world renowned corporates for engineering know-how.
MACHINING AND MACHINE BUILDING FACILITIES
"Simplex" has three large machine shops, with 350 machine tools consisting of both imported and
indigenous machines, a large Steel foundry, a Grey Iron foundry and a forge shop, whereby we are
able to undertake complicated, precision and intricate machining and machine building jobs.
CIVIL WORK
We can carry out large volumes of civil works like building foundation, heavy equipment foundation,
underground tunnel, cable galleries etc.. of any volumes. We have all necessary facilities like
Batching Plants, Poclain, Loader cum excavators, Crowler, Gantery, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes,
Tippers, Dozers, Compressors, Builder's hoist etc...
STRUCTURAL WORK
"Simplex" has facilities to fabricate and erect building structures and technological structures
to a tune of 1250 tons per month and is ready to meet the most stringent project schedules.
As "Simplex" is situated in the steel city it does not have any problem in procuring steel, standard
structures directly from the producer.
ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING
"Simplex" has all required infrastructures for erection and commissioning of equipments. We carry
out complete trial run, prove the performance.

Turnkey projects with Tyazhpromeexport(TPE), Moscow - cast house slag granulation plant for blast furnace N0. 7 for Bhilai Steel Plant - Bhilai India.
TPE-SIMPLEX won repeat order from Bhilai Steel Plant for cast house slag granulation plant for blast furnace No.6 for Bhilai Steel Plant.
TPE-SIMPLEX won order from Bokaro Steel Plant - Bokaro - India for cast house slag granulation plant for blast furnace No.5.
SCHLOEMANN-SIEMAG-SIMPLEX executed Turnkey Projects for hot rolled steckel mill for Salem Steel Plant-India.
TPE-SIMPLEX received order for complete sintering plant-II from Rourkela Steel Plant-Rourkela-India, which is under execution.
Complete mini blast furnace 350 mtr, for M/s. Southern Iron Steel Co. Ltd-India, in collaboration with M/s. China Metallurgical Import Export Corporation, China.
Bokaro Steel Plant under its modernisation package awarded work of 2000 mm hot strip mill modernisation to Simplex, which is under execution.
Turnkey contract for complete Sinter Plant No.3 for Bhilai Steel Plant with MITSUI & CO./KAWASAKI/HITACHI ZOSEN of Japan, under execution.
